If you are doing a Ketogenic Diet, have you heard of the Beef & Butter experiment?
I started hearing about it a week ago or so, and did not pay too much attention at first. But, this thing has my attention now. I see so many fellow Keto eaters trying this experiment, and they all say they are losing 1 to 1.5 pounds per day by eating ground beef with butter added to it.
Not only are almost everybody losing weight, but many are breaking through plateaus that they have been sitting on for some time.
It all sounds good!
I mostly fast, but I have decided to modify the experiment a little bit and give it a try. See my video for my explanation of what I am going to do.
I will be checking in each day over the next few days with my results on the experiment. So, if you are interested, check in again tomorrow.
Do you think I’ll lose? Gain? Stay the same? It has to be one of those!
Yes, I read about that! I haven’t tried it yet, but it looks tasty!
Hi Luanne. Keep watching here i’m going to post daily updates.

Bob, please make sure you use Grass Fed Beef and Grass Fed Butter. Beef, raised on carbs and the butter made from cows milk on a high carb diet is inflammatory to the body and not good for weight loss. Grass fed butter and beef is anti-inflammatory and will be much kinder on your body.
Of course, thanks for the tip.

I havent tried it….but I’m certainly following for updates

Hi Bob, I listened to your story with interest and am looking forward to hear the results.
In Chile the “Método Grez”, which champions fats, became very popular and it caused an uproar among health professionals.
With a ketogenic diet one may not get enough micronutrients, nor a correct balance. Are you tracking these?
Greetings from the other side of Earth
Hi Manfred – Yes, I make sure I get the nutrients that my body needs either through quality food or supplements and vitamins. I have never been a big believer in supplements or vitamins but especially when fasting you have to get what you need where you can get it! Thanks for your advice, and come back and participate more!
Where do you get grass fed beef and butter in the Phils.?
Hi Dinna – I have never said that I used grass-fed beef! Somebody advised me to do that, but I know of no grass-fed beef in the Philippines. I did find some grass-fed butter at S&R.
Sure, Dinna! Hope your day is going well!
