Absolutely! You can certainly eat biscuits, just not the kind you are probably used to!
I recently found a couple of different keto biscuit recipes on YouTube. One uses Coconut flour, and the other uses Almond flour. Both, to be honest, are really good, and I like either one. I would say, I like the almond flour one the best though, but there is only a small difference.

These are really a treat! If you are eating keto and missing things like bread like items, this is a great keto-friendly substitute! Lately, I am enjoying at least one biscuit with each meal!
